Looks exactly the same as my MX Master 3. Anyway, it's the best mouse. Mostly because of infinity/quick/endless/you-name-it scroll. Just can't live without it. Well, yeah, and ergonomics also perfect.

Does it have a heating problem like my Aorus 7 SA. It goes straight to 98*C even with new thermal paste and sitting on a cooling pad? Which has probably led to it randomly rebooting itself now. Here's my advice for Gigabyte: Stop trying to make gaming laptops small! Start making them bigger with plenty of room to allow for cooling and extra components. In fact, make a 19" or even a 20" screen version. A lot of people like to game while sitting on the couch or in an armchair with their feet up. They don't need a small screen thin bodied laptop. They just need a little portability from one room to the next that's all. Peace out

In 'normal' use ... ie. just web browsing, using MS Office, watching UA-cam videos, and so on - how much fan and other noise does this produce? Would it be effectively silent if located 3-4 feet away from the user?

At $300 may as well wait for the Finalmouse x Aceu drop coming out in the next month or so and buy direct from finalmouse. Works out to be slightly cheaper, and gets the "enhanced" switches and coating.

I've had it for a month. Pretty cool laptop. It doesn't get too hot (70 C max on GPU memory during heavy gaming). It's not loud (of course it makes noise when playing, but it doesn't run like a hair dryer). It's quite stiff. The screen is a bit pale, but not so much that it bothers me - you get used to it, after one day you don't notice it. You can play, for example, Forbidden West at 60fps in FHD on ultra (with DLSS, of course). All drivers (e.g. for m.2 for windows 11) are on the Gigabyte website - so I had no problems.

To anyone scrolling through, can I get a recommendation for aftermarkets? The stock cooler with the 12400F is just...straight up unacceptable. (More fun info of me experimenting if you are curious, but it's not necessary) I've been able to get it up to 100C before which I Task Manager'd out of fear it would shut my PC down, and some of my friends even thought maybe I messed up the thermal paste so I did some research for temperatures with and without thermal paste which was about 10C difference. So I clean the paste off, put it on dry and...yup, that runs 10C hotter. So I DIDN'T MESS UP when applying, it is just that bad! At this point I'm uncomfortable using my PC, so I need advice on what I should do. I DO have an aftermarket, an Evo 212 I think, but the bracket doesn't seem to fit. One of my friends was asking if I didn't keep the other mounting brackets but I don't remember there being any, so presumably I didn't. Do I just-order another, more modern one? (Since I think mine was v1, and I saw another video mention there being 2 iterations.)
